Juxtapose
Juxtapose is a program that enables comparison of audio files while reducing cognitive bias.
Juxtapose is the focus of a group project in an entreprenuership class I am currently taking. We have been collecting feedback about how to make the application a great fit for audio technicians. Features that have been suggested so far include:
- Save a session after choosing levels to combat listening fatigue.
- Add “Jump Points” that would allow repeated listenings to specific portions of a song.
- Calculate the differences between the files mathematically and graphically indicate which regions have more drastic variances.
